Haymaker is forever my favorite sports bar, and if I want a screen then this is the first place I go! Plus, they’re dog friendly and have games like cornhole and pool. They’re happy hours last all day with specific specials on each day, so there’s something no matter what hour you’re looking for!
Monday is $2 off cocktail and $3 trash cans, Tuesday is $2 off Texas pints and liquors, Wednesday is $2 off whiskey, Thursday is $3 mexi-cans, Friday is $4 frozen margs, Saturday is $4 wells, and Sunday is $4 mimosas and bloodies!

I love the happy hour deals at Juliet, especially because the restaurant is so high end! Juliet is a gorgeous italian restaurant off South Lamar, and during happy hour they have a longer list of $5 beers, wines, and cocktails available. I’m a fan of their aperol spritz personally! A great spot for a girls happy hour OR for a cute pre-dinner drink on a date night.

Salty Sow is known for having some of the best cocktails AND food in town! This used to be my go-to happy hour for friends birthdays because the deals are great and so are the appetizers. Plus, they have SO much indoor and outdoor space including a private room for groups! Happy hour for salty sow includes $2 off everything making the cocktails $6 and the wines $5!

We love this little wine bar in Austin! It’s a staple cutie been there forever. It’s a great spot if you have a first date and want something easy (low key, here are some other great first date spots!) and the happy hour is lovely. My one thing is the happy hour makes the prices reasonable, because otherwise they’re a little spendy for me!

Forever my post-work happy hour go-to because of the $5 margaritas that are large enough that your limit needs to be two! La Condesa is a gorgeous restaurant right in the heart of Downtown Austin with delicious food and drinks you’ll love. Plus, they have plenty of upstairs and downstairs space for larger parties to reserve and stay separated from the main restaurant!
Tillery Kitchen

East Side // Wednesday and Thursday 5-7pm, Friday-Sunday: 3-6:pm with $1 off plates, $3 off cocktails, $5 beers, and $7 wines
The main reason to head to Tillery is for the gorgeous view of the lake and the trees! As you can see from the above image, it’s just one of the best patios in town and with such a great happy hour deal. Tillery Kitchen has $5 wines and beers as well as $3 off cocktails during their happy hour.

South Lamar || Daily from 4 – 6:30pm & Sun-Thu from 9pm-close with $6 drinks and additional discounted bites
Oh my god for being one of the absolute best sushi restaurants (actually…just general restaurants) in town they have SUCH a good happy hour deal. I’ve been dying to take Denver because he is going to love it.
Uchi has $3-$7 bites & cocktails, with sooo many great deals of their literally award winning sushi. The best space for a pre-dinner happy hour or just a happy hour celebration! A beautiful restaurant too. Cannot recommend enough!

I love working out of Hank’s because they have the cutest coffee shop, and then when their happy hours hit I can switch from my coffee to a cocktail and some snacks no problem! The space is gorgeous, with plenty of room indoors and outdoors. Their Austin weekend happy hours are a steal too, with $5 frozen cocktails, $5 tap wine, $3 off apps and then they also happen to have 1/2 off burgers (but on Tuesdays only so).

Downtown Austin on Rainey // Monday-Friday 3-6:30 P.M. Sunday happy hour drinks all night with $5 wines and $7 cocktails
Love this spot if you’re planning on hitting Rainey after! They have delicious and fun cocktails, and I love their tapas style food items you can order with bigger groups. I love going here before a night out, and the cocktails are a blast. Definitely more easy bites so dont expect a full 2 course dinner or anything wild!
ATX Cocina in Downtown

Okay important to note in all my days in Austin I have never been here myself! It’s a rave one from all my friends, and a go-to for post work happy hour for many, but it’s somehow never a spot I’ve made. Just wanted to have a clear disclaimer!

Absolutely one of my go-to best happy hours because the prices are great, the drinks are great, and if you just order every small plate on the happy hour menu it easily becomes an affordable dinner as well! Everything about this space is a delight, which makes it an easy happy hour favorite.

Downtown Austin || Happy hour all night on Sunday and Monday, and 4-7 p.m. Tuesday through Friday! Features 1/2 off select food and $6 cocktails
If you’re looking for a spot that can double as a date night restaurant, then you’re in luck! Peche is an adorable cozy french restaurant off 6th with $5 cocktails & 1/2 select food menu items.
The cocktails are really great here, so it’s also a killer spot for a delicious cocktail. And those half off prices definitely cannot be beat!

Went to El Chile Cafe based on your recommendation and there is not happy hour on weekends.
