One of the best gifts you can get someone is a weekend getaway! Take advantage of one of these awesome Glamping Experiences located all around Texas. I recently did a stay at LCRA in Bastrop and cannot recommend it enough, it’s just outside of Austin and a few hours from Dallas!

I don’t know about you, but my mother LOVES TO SHOP. She just likes walking around a mall with me and exploring and trying on fun clothes together. Even if we end up buying nothing, I know my mom loves some quality time wandering the stores. Retail therapy, y’all!
Also, ever heard of First Monday Trade Day? Basically, Canton (just outside Dallas) throws a giant flea market that takes place Thursday through Sunday before the first Monday of each month featuring TONS of artists and creators across Texas. It’s the perfect place for a shopping trip, and one my mom and I hit all the time!
Go Museum Exploring Together

My mom especially loves art museums! Just walking through them together makes her happy, and if your mom is a science or history museum fan too then this would be a great way to spend the day together.

Sometimes, all you gotta do is spend some quality time with your mom out of the house. My mom loves just going out to eat together, dressing up, and getting a nice mimosa with her meal. That alone is a FABULOUS gift to her. So check out one of these wonderful brunch spots and treat yo mama!

I got this as my gift to Denver, an online cooking class together in our OWN Kitchen with the amazing Chef and the Dish! You literally Skype in a chef from whatever country your dish is from (ours was Italian!) and have them teach you what to d in your own home. I seriously want to get this for my mom this year!!!!
