Fachini

$$ // Italian, Seafood // Highland Park

I’m a sucker for a good Italian restaurant on Date Night, and Fachini always delivers! Their pasta is absolutely delicious, and I think it has to be one of my favorite Italian spots in the city (especially for the reasonable prices!). I also love that you can walk around the Highland Park shopping area after dinner! Also, love how authentic this gem always feels.

The French Room

$$$$ // French Food // Downtown Dallas

This list wouldn’t be complete without the ultimate Dallas Romantic Restaurant, the French Room. It basically screams elegance when you walk in, and this is the kind of place you get to dress up for! Make reservations fast though, this beauty will fill up faster than you can blink because it’s a class go-to for romantic celebrations. Also, heads up this romantic restaurant ain’t cheap.

Smoky Rose

$$ // American // White Rock Lake, Dallas

I am absolutely in love with their patio. I mean, LOOK how beautiful this is. The greenery and the chairs and the overall atmosphere is perfect if you’re looking for a romantic date night on an outdoor patio surrounded by lights and love. The food is also delicious, and the price point remains affordable for most so you aren’t dropping hundreds of dollars on one meal

Town Hearth

$$$ // Seafood, Steakhouse // Design District

Talk about swanky, Town Hearth is elegance meets eclectic in a restaurant. From the unique chandeliers all around their restaurant to a killer cocktail list to food that makes your mouth water. If you want to stray from the usual and try something new and fun in Dallas, then this will be your Dallas romantic restaurant go-to. Also fun fact, the chef actually designed the interior himself instead of hiring an outside firm!

Paradiso Dallas

$$ // Coastal Mediterranean // Bishop Arts

I’m sorry, but this list simply would not be complete without Paradiso, one of the nicest restaurants in Dallas. I absolutely LOVE this beautiful Bishop Arts restaurant AND I think the food is simply fantastic. It’s a popular space for dates for a reason, and it deserves to make the list. You absolutely can get anything on the menu here and love it! Plus, their outdoor patio is open and COVID safe so you can enjoy a meal outside on date night

Rosewood Mansion at Turtle Creek

$$$$ // American // Oak Lawn

I think the property itself is what makes Rosewood such a stunner for a Dallas romantic restaurant vibe, but like WOW that property is something. Rosewood Mansion is actually a hotel in Dallas that happens to have a stunning restaurant on site that’s available to the public. Take about a fancy restaurant in Dallas. Arrive early, you’ll definitely have to wait for a table but you won’t mind as you can walk around this stunning gem while you wait!

Gemma

$$$ // American // Lower Greenville

This beautiful Farm-to-Table stunner in Lower Greenville is known for having incredible oysters, mouthwatering desserts, and an interior that makes your jaw drop! What I love about Gemma is it feels romantic and beautiful without being over the top elaborate. Plus, the wine here is delicious!!

Oak Dallas

$$$ // American, Seafood, Cocktails // Design District

I absolutely love how simple yet classy this upscale restaurant in the Design District of Dallas is. The modern interior is perfect if you’re looking for something less over the top and more about the amazing food. Also, they’re known for having an impeccable wine list! I also love the homey vibes this place has, and I want to put the rugs in my own home.

Felix Culpa Dallas

$$$ // American, Cocktails, Lounge Style // Lower Greenville

This gem just recently opened in Dallas and is already making waves. What I love about Felix Culpa is how fun, unique, and eclectic it is! You definitely will not find another like it in Dallas. So if you’re sick of the usual fancy romantic Dallas restaurants and want something more fun, then this is what should be on your list!

Terelli’s

$$ // Italian, Bar // Lower Greenville

One of the more affordable options on this list, but still known for having incredible delicious Italian food! I love Terelli’s for their outdoor patio too, which gives me terrace-it-Italy vibes so I am all about it. Another love about this restaurant is the gorgeous rooftop bar, which is perfect for a pre-meal cocktail!

Javier’s Dallas

$$$ // Authentic Mexican // Highland Park

Known for having some of the best and most authentic Mexican City food in Dallas, Javier’s is perfect if you want something outside of the usual Italian/Steakhouse date night vibes! Javier made this restaurant as true to Mexico City as possible and ditch the traditional Tex-Mex you can always find in Dallas.

Dragonfly

$$$ // American, Lounge Style // Uptown Dallas

The first time I walked into Dragonfly, I literally said “Wow” out loud. That is how stunning the interior of this restaurant is. Located inside Hotel Zaza, Dragonfly is the perfect spot for a romantic night somewhere fun! The food is more on the simple side with lounge-style eating of sandwiches and starters, but the vibe is perfect if you want to go out for drinks instead of dropping mad cash on fancy food.

Hattie’s

$$ // Southern Comfort // Bishop Arts

I absolutely LOVE going to Hattie’s! It’s actually where my parents used to take me when we were in Dallas for something fancy, but I think it’s perfect for a fun little romantic date night with your love or a great Galentines Day spot! Especially if you want to do something for lunch instead of the traditional dinner.

Uchi Dallas

$$$ // Sushi, Japanese // Uptown

A perfect spot if you and your boo are foodies! Uchi is definitely a little more on the expensive side of things, but the food is incredible. If you are fans of sushi then you are going to absolutely love their food. It’s perfect for the adventurous couple looking to splurge on a killer meal! Also perfect because the food is very shareable which makes it great for couples!

Thanks for checking out this list of romantic restaurants in Dallas for date night! These beautiful restaurants are the perfect combination of stunning interior decor, beautiful patios, romantic lighting, and delicious foods! I absolutely recommend them all, and no matter which you pick you’ll have a great night with someone you love.

The French Room is fantastic. Yes great place to dress up and don’t have to compete with sport t.v. I hope you get to enjoy this dying venue.

I just wanted to add to your list, The Old Warsaw. I went last year with my boyfriend to celebrate our 3 year anniversary and it was AMAZING. The seating felt like you were in your own world, the service was impeccable, and the live piano music was very romantic. 10/10, would definitely recommend.
